Simply click uninstall modules, and uninstall your Retroarch, and any Retroarch Emulator Cores. I tried every fix on Reddit that I could find except the most simple one, that was the one that actually worked and was also the easiest most simple solution. Even though I immediately realized my mistake and tried to fix the mistake by rebinding the key, it would seem that it was destined to break regardless. I just ran into this problems by accidentally editing the main controller button from the settings menu instead of the quick menu from the game. Try using port 2, and if that doesn't work try using another controller in the OTG adapter if you have one. So I suspect I will need to FTP the system and delete conflicting override and config files. For whatever reason now when I enter a menu in Mega Man X4 and X5 I have to move off the X Buster icon to un-pause. Mega Man 3 I was super jumping, Sonic 2 Sonic and Tails were moving at the exact same time. Unfortunately I have to do the same for some of the cores and still have some fine tuning to do.Įnded up having controller 1 entering jnputs for Player 1 and Player 2 for a while before I figured out I needed to set Controller 2 to none. (Fortunately had my PS1 Classic controller in the OTG port and that was working fine out the box.) Made sure to save new configs.Įventually got it to accept all inputs from Port 1 again. The first thing I did was move on the d-pad with port 2 and would plug into port 1 to register the change.) I screwed this up several times before figuring this out and erroneously set port 2's input to none prematurely. (I could hit A on port 1 but couldn't move. After uninstalling, reinstalling, I still faced the same problem.Įnded up going to settings (using port 2.) and had to manually enter the inputs for controller 1 through port 2 initially. But it was accepting some inputs from dock #1. Apparently when I upgraded to the new version there was some conflicts with old core overrides.įirst problem I had was it only accepted input from Controller #2 port.
